The space between what was and what's becoming.
An afternoon of slowing down, softening and reconnecting through a thoughtfully curated blend of yin yoga, reiki, gentle hands-on assists, aromatherapy and a deeply immersive sound bath.
Woven throughout the experience, intentional journaling offers space for reflection, quiet discovery and whatever wants to emerge.
We'll close our time together over tea and light snacks, with a little something to take with you; a small gift to carry the essence of the experience beyond our time together.
A moment to pause. A space to land. An invitation to cross The Threshold.

A Note About Registration
You'll receive a payment confirmation email immediately upon completing your registration.
You’ll also receive a separate information email from me ahead of the event, which will include everything you need to know before we gather, including the exact studio address, what to bring, parking details and other helpful information!
